Track a shipment
Check parcel events on the official website of the carrier shown on your label.
Copy your reference and paste it into official tracking. This website does not simulate shipment events.

- Check the label
Choose the carrier shown and copy the tracking reference.
- Open official tracking
Paste the reference there and keep the wording and date of the latest event.
- Connect the event to your order
For help, gather the order or batch, references and the decision you need.
Label and acceptance
Label creation does not prove physical acceptance. For exceptions, provide order or batch reference, tracking and latest event. CTT Express tracking reflects events recorded in its network.
When references change
Identify the parcel and transport stage associated with the number you are checking. If another operator or reference appears, confirm its relationship to the previous one and the information source. Keep the order, references, dates and latest event. A changed number or isolated status does not establish loss or buyer receipt.
What is happening with your shipment?
When you enter tracking and prepare support, the selected situation accompanies the enquiry for you to complete.
Label or shipment data only
Check who prepared the shipment and whether collection or physical acceptance is recorded. Keep the order, label and latest event date; ask the seller or shipment coordinator to confirm the stage reached. Label creation and parcel acceptance are separate milestones.
CTT Express handover guideDelivery attempt or recipient absent
Review the official notice and options enabled for that shipment. Prepare address, contact, latest attempt and requested change; confirm any redelivery or collection option with the carrier. Requesting a change does not confirm it has been applied.
Delivery issues in Spain: what to check and reportParcel at a collection point or locker
Confirm location, access instructions and collection deadline in the notice. If collection is impossible or the point cannot find the parcel, keep the notice and latest status and request a review from the carrier or seller. Share access codes only through an authorised channel when necessary.
Iberian parcels: options for your businessOrder with outstanding parcels
Separate the order number from each parcel reference. Compare expected, received and pending pieces and check each tracking number. Send the seller the list and received items; delivery of one parcel does not establish completion of the order.
One order, several parcels: recording a partial deliveryReturn sent or awaiting review
Keep authorisation, return reference and drop-off or collection receipt. Distinguish transit, receiving, inspection and the seller’s decision; ask for confirmation of the pending stage and reviewed items. Return tracking alone does not confirm a refund or restocking.
