A label does not establish physical acceptance; the CTT Express delivery window applies to the contracted leg, not the entire journey from China. Shipments to China require their own transport and acceptance plan.

Share suppliers and order references, contents and actual value, expected parcels, weight and dimensions, destination country and postcode. Include your target date and instructions for combining or separating orders.
Agreeing the service
Your quote sets out receiving, packing, transport, import handling and distribution, with charges and contacts for each stage. CTT Express 24h/48h timings apply to the accepted carrier leg, subject to zone and working days.
