Agreeing the service
The quote separates freight, terminal handling, clearance, taxes, storage and delivery. The plan allows for consolidation, sailing and destination operations, with free time, demurrage and unloading appointments defined for the selected option.

Request freight, terminal, clearance, taxes, storage and delivery as separate lines. Confirm free time, demurrage and unloading appointments; freight alone is not the total import cost.
