How we help
Jeton coordinates stock receiving at the agreed location, dispatch by order and the link between SKUs, quantities and tracking. Picking and packing rules match your catalogue and the contracted delivery service.
Information for your proposal
Share SKUs, quantities, dimensions, expected turnover and daily orders. Include order channels, units per shipment, packing materials, destinations and rules for shortages or returns.
Agreeing the service
Location, receiving address and capacity are confirmed before stock is sent. The agreement sets cut-off, order exchange, picking, packing and charges, alongside carrier collection and exception handling.
Confirm scope and decisions before approving the work.
Local receiving plan
Location, address and warehouse capacity are confirmed in the agreement. Define SKUs, quantities, dimensions, turnover and order units; do not dispatch stock to an unconfirmed address.
From order to parcel
Approve picking rules, packing, cut-off, order channel and exceptions. Link order references, stock movements and tracking numbers to reconcile each dispatch.
Available stock and outstanding orders
Connect SKUs, variants and order units to each location. Separate available goods, order allocations, goods awaiting checks and incoming stock. Agree which record controls quantities and who handles failed updates. For a partial dispatch, preserve order lines, prepared quantities and parcels; confirm outstanding items before updating the sales channel.
Changes during preparation
For a change request, gather the order, affected lines and instruction version. Confirm whether the work was accepted and who can stop it. A cancellation request needs a response; keep the outcome before updating quantities or informing the buyer of a change. Check administrative status and physical progress separately.
