A label does not confirm physical handover

If a label exists but an acceptance record is missing, ask the preceding-leg operator for handover evidence and batch reconciliation. A missing event alone does not establish the parcel’s location. Keep order, parcel and batch references.

Recipient options: confirm country and product

For 24h, 48h, e24h and e48h, CTT Express publishes home or Collectt Express pickup-point delivery, tracking and notifications. Its Spain FAQ describes delivery choices after absence. CTT Portugal guidance for changes to Expresso deliveries requires checking code, service and status. Check these options through the relevant official channel.
