CEP means courier, express and parcel. This selection describes published products, not a market-share ranking. Other carriers’ references help define requirements and do not establish Jeton agreements with them. The quote identifies the operator, product, destination and available options.
Define the options shown before checkout. Prepare country, postcode, phone and collection-point ID where applicable. Confirm eligibility, size limits, collection deadline and handling of uncollected parcels for the contracted product.
Connect order, parcel and tracking references. Agree who sends status updates and through which channel; distinguish an estimate from a confirmed appointment. Change requests need an operator response and do not automatically stop a parcel in transit.
Agree seller authorisation, return reference, items and destination. Confirm collection or drop-off, label and costs. Record receiving before checking condition, quantities and the restocking decision; the seller decides refunds.
Share typical and peak daily volume, Spain/Portugal split, packed weight and dimensions, and campaign dates. Agree preparation cut-off, collection, capacity and backlog handling. Separate B2B carton or pallet replenishment from B2C buyer orders.
Prepare the sales platform, order fields, SKUs, parcel references, addresses and contacts. Review sample orders and the manifest before the first batch. Jeton provides local preparation tools here; modules, APIs, carrier labels and status synchronisation require their own agreed scope and validation.
Request proposals for the same sample orders: country, territory, postcode, packed weight and dimensions. Separate order preparation, local transport and China replenishment. Identify carrier and product, the event starting the transit period, working days, collection, delivery attempts and absence handling. Compare home, collection-point and locker options only for eligible destinations and sizes.
Request separate receiving, storage, picking, packing and distribution charges. Check billing per order, item, parcel or pallet; minimums, fuel, remote areas, islands, oversize, further attempts and return to sender. For returns, separate transport, inspection, repacking and restocking. Confirm taxes, currency, validity and unresolved charges. Keep order and parcel references to reconcile invoices against services.
Agree a representative sample of ES/PT destinations, parcel types and channels. Review addresses, phone numbers, labels and the manifest; confirm collection and acceptance evidence. Check notifications, tracking and final outcomes, and test an authorised return where relevant. Record discrepancies and owners. Decide whether to scale after reviewing results; batch size, dates and criteria are agreed for your operation.
Define period, source and population before measuring. First-attempt delivery: parcels delivered on the first recorded attempt / parcels with a recorded first attempt. On-time delivery: among eligible shipments whose deadline has passed, deliveries within the commitment / all shipments in that cohort; show overdue pending shipments separately. Complete tracking: parcels with agreed milestones / accepted parcels in the batch. Return-to-stock time: physical receiving to stock authorisation and recording. These are review proposals, not published results or Jeton guarantees.
