Gross weight and dimensions are per piece, including final packaging. A row grouping identical pieces later needs individual references for handover reconciliation. Postcodes are checked for format, without confirming their existence or coverage.

    Use the UTF-8 CSV template with references, ES/PT destination country, postcode, pieces, weight and final dimensions per piece.

  2. Read the output

    Read errors and warnings, plus piece, weight and volume totals for the rows included in the sums.

  3. Next step

    Download the issues and, after correcting the CSV with individual references, compare your observation list.

Rows with errors are excluded from totals; rows with warnings are included but need review, and local checks or matches do not establish acceptance or coverage.
