Packing, labelling and protection
Prepare cartons that can be identified, handled and delivered safely.

Use a carton appropriate to weight and fragility. Secure contents, protect corners and avoid voids. Keep incompatible goods separate and remove old labels that can confuse scanning.
Test before the batch
Confirm label format, legibility and position. Keep final packing photos if agreed and link every carton to its order, contents and measurements.
One record per finished carton
Record carton reference, order, contents, units, final outer dimensions and gross weight. Example: C01, order P01, 12 units, 40 × 30 × 25 cm, 4 kg. This is a record example, not an acceptance limit. Keep photos and update data after repacking.
