Approval and closing are different

The approval reported in March 2026 preceded the 12 May closing. Use the closing announcement to assess the structure; earlier projections can contain different amounts and conditions.

From structure to shipment contract

The corporate agreement does not automatically assign the carrier for every order. Check product, account, acceptance and scope in your quote and service documents.

Two announcements, two records

In a research sheet, keep one row for the approval reported in March and another for the closing on 12 May 2026. Record issuing entity, date, title and document link. When an older note differs from the closing announcement, identify the passage being compared. Do not carry amounts or conditions from an earlier stage into a description of the completed structure without checking the relevant document. Keep the context of the announcement you actually use.

From announcement to a concrete question

For a shipment, turn corporate information into a question about the offer: which operator handles each stage, which product is used and through which account? Record the answer alongside the quote, with its date and contact. A network announcement does not confirm that an account can access a particular service. If documents name a different entity from the one expected, clarify the relationship before collection and retain the confirmation that applies to that shipment and its agreed scope.

Keep references distinct in communication

In an operational enquiry, provide the order reference, accepted quote and latest available event. Add a corporate announcement only when it explains your question, marking it as context. Ask which party should review the pending stage and which document is needed for that review. In internal notes, keep the public source separate from the operator’s response: one records published information; the other documents the arrangement for your particular shipment. This distinction helps subsequent staff follow the same evidence.
